On-Site & Institutional Services
Piano maintenance is always dependent on the internal quality of the instrument, the environment in which it resides, and the way it is being used. We approach on-sight service by accounting for each unique factor, and design a service plan to satisfy your musical needs and keep your piano healthy.

01
TUNING
Since the piano is composed primarily of wood, leather, and felt, we recommend periodic and consistent service to your piano. The amount of service depends on local humidity fluctuations, the condition of the instrument, how it is used, and your own musical standards. Generally, we recommend two to four tunings annually for the average household.
02
Preventative Maintenance
Tuning is only the start of keeping your piano healthy. Our preventative maintenance includes troubleshooting and servicing the thousands of mechanical parts that are responsible for your piano's performance.

03
Humidity Control
A properly installed Piano Life Saver System not only protects the investment you've made in your piano, but can also assist in the stability of the tuning and regulation of your piano. Our technicians are certified installers and can answer any questions you may have about humidity control.
04
Player System Installation
Having completed over one thousand installations, we are the most recommended company by player system manufacturers and every dealer in New England. We are also able to service your retrofit player piano on-site while we are tuning and servicing your piano. In addition to QRS Pianomation and PianoDisc, we are certified to service the Yamaha Disklavier.
